Karen Marshall, writer, training and development professional, and entrepreneur focuses on promoting a healthy and productive life after encountering grief.

She is the creator of Lifel00, a brand that specializes in creating solutions that bring light and joy amid a chaotic world. Karen uses her gift of writing and her experience with instructional methods to develop guides and resourceful materials of all kinds.

In 2016, when Karen’s mom passed, she found herself with no living parents, no living grandparents (who she and her mom lived with for 18 years and both were a huge part of her life before passing) no siblings, and no children. From there the journey to completing her first book, "Dead and Buried...Now What?" began.
